5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 9:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT). ph82 does not guarantee processing times during system maintenance or banking holidays.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. ph82 is subject to Philippine AML laws and PAGCOR AML guidelines. ph82 may request source-of-funds documentation or delay processing of transactions that trigger AML monitoring protocols. ph82 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
6.1 ph82 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including minimum odds requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing a real-money balance while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In cases where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's account.

10.3 ph82's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to ph82 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, ph82 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ph82 may forfeit the balance in accordance with these terms and applicable PAGCOR rules.
12.3 By the Player. You may close your ph82 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
